25-057 - Gravel Point Phase 2

The City of Bandon has received a consolidated application requesting the following planning approvals: (1) Annexation of approximately 30 acres of land within the Donut Hole (urban growth boundary), (2) rezone and comprehensive plan map amendment for annexed land parcel to Controlled Development, and (3) Master Planned Development designation for the newly annexed land in addition to 30 acres of Residential 1 land that will be rezoned to Controlled Development 1 (CD-1). The Master Planned Development will include a mixture of housing (single-family dwellings, workforce housing, and townhomes), community benefit parcel, retail space, an event barn, and a golf amenity.  This request will be reviewed using the Type IV process described in Bandon Municipal Code Chapter 16.04.080. The initial public hearing before the Planning Commission has been scheduled for Thursday, November 20th, at 7:00 pm.
