Transient Occupancy Tax Reporting

All short-term rentals of less than 30-days are required to file quarterly transient occupancy tax reports and fees with the City of Bandon as adopted in the Bandon Municipal Code (BMC) Chapter 3.32.

Quarterly taxes are due by the 25th of the month following the end of the quarter:

• January 1st through March 31st is due by April 25th
• April 1st through June 30th is due by July 25th
• July 1st through September 30th is due by October 25th
• October 1st through December 31st is due by January 25th
