26-010 Type III- Conditional Use Application for 0 5Th St

The City of Bandon has received an application requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Geotechnical Site Evaluation. This request will be reviewed using the Type III process described in Bandon Municipal Code Chapter 16.04.070. Type III decisions are made by the Planning Commission after a public hearing, with an opportunity for appeal to the City Council. Materials related to this decision are available on this page, which will be updated as staff capacity allows.
